Gail and Haylie ventured out for some fresh air and a walk to the closeby tot lot this morning. Grandma enjoyed the babysitting time and, of course, rushed to the camera. Ian was having a great time in his musical swing, and I was able to capture this close-up. He is changing each day.

Haylie waits patiently near the cradle for the arrival of her baby brother. This cradle was made by great-grandpa McGeough and it has rocked over 30 babies since it was made from old church pews in 1968. It was used for Haylie and her mother, uncle Mark and his daughter Hannah, and lots of friends and neighbors.

34th Street

Here, David guides Haylie over to the Mickey display on a porch at the lights in Hamden's 34th Street display. The evening was cold and blustery but the various colorful displays were certainly worth it. Haylie's favorite was a big Christmas ferris wheel.

Annual Watson's Walk

Each Christmas, Haylie and Jacob visit Watson's Christmas Display and enjoy the trains, animals and decorations. This year, two camels held their attention. The walk through Christmas tree alley produced this cute shot.
