The girls lend a hand to Joshua. Their school sponsored an ice skating party. Doesn't look too good for Joshua. Oh well, maybe next year!

. . . but these are the two they picked from the apple tree - all by themselves. Don't know about your choice, Daddy!

Haylie's Secret Garden

or at least, that's what she calls it. She loves to sit amid the bushes and shrubs behind this big, old willow oak and play with acorns and their hats as she tells secrets.

Beauty and the Beach

This shot of Hannah is one of my favorites from this year's vacation. Although she might complain that she is squinting in the sun, I just love it.

A great family vacation complete with fun, food, splashes, sand, shopping and miniature golf. Our apprehension in choosing a new condo proved unfounded. The place was great with large rooms and comfy sectional furniture to accommodate all. We enjoyed both ocean and bay views. The pictures that follow capture a few of our happy times.

Hannah, fresh from the shower. Who said red-heads can't wear orange?

Sorry that these pictures are posted randomly. I've gleaned them from three sources (Mark, Gail and me)

It was great fun to run in the beach wind

We made three or four trips to the beach and three or four to the pool. Believe it or not, the ocean was warmer than the pool! Timing was in our favor as most schools were in session, and we had no crowds to contend with on Coastal Highway, at restaurants or on the sand.
